I'm sure that we are all acquainted with the concept of men or boys, and women or girls, and the instances of them feeling as if they belong in the body of the opposite sex. This isn't a rare thing. However, people may be less familiar with people who identify as something in the middle. Either because they don't know it's an option (which was my case until I met Ludo) or because they do, but don't want to make it public because people will consider them delusional. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gender_varianten.wikipedia.org/wiki/Androgynousen.wikipedia.org/wiki/GenderqueerThat's a little bit of reading on the subject. I myself, as I stated in my intro, identify as androgynous. I often try to pass as male to avoid feminine pronouns and expectations. Which is kinda hard sometimes 'cause I'm scrawny and busty at the same time :/ But anyway! Let the discussion begin! Anything, everything that leaps to mind regarding the subject, bring it up! Even seemingly invasive questions are fine by me.

I think gender identity is much like sexuality in that it lies along a continuum, we all fall somewhere along the spectrum

I get that. I kinda figured I'm about 60% "masculine" and 40% "feminine"... SOME days...50-50...but I'll not delve into that.

You should read up on fluidity, there are a lot of people who find themselves shifting from day to day, week to week. It is not uncommon though not commonly discussed as of yet.

I've read about it. But gender-fluidity is different than having an androgynous identity. Because I only get to be 50-50 when it gets to be "that time of the month" and I'm flooded with female hormones...which in turn cause feminine behavior I wouldn't otherwise have. And even when that happens, I still consider myself androgynous, leaning more towards masculine than feminine. It's just that my behavior falls out of line with it.

I honestly see myself as mostly female, with a little bit of male "taint" that I plan on getting rid of in time.
I know I'll prolly always have some of it, but I just want to get a body that I truly feel "at home" in...
